These returns must be made within 14 days of your receipt of purchase. Please fill out a form on our Contact Us page and upload a photo or video of any damaged items.
We will review your images and promptly reply via email with replacement options within a 24 hour time period. If you are requesting a refund for a damaged or defective product, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
