know, we genuinely want to hear from you so that we can make it better. All of our products are custom & handmade, because of the nature of our products, we can only accept returns for damaged or defective goods . These returns must be made within 14 days of your receipt purchase.
Please fill out the form below and upload a photo or video of any damaged items. We will review your images and promptly reply via email with replacement options
within 24 hours. If you are requesting a refund for a damaged or defective product, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be
applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for refunds.
