 1. If I place my order today, when will I receive my WESLAYGLAM order?


 Orders placed during business hours before 2pm, will ship the same day. Orders placed after

 2pm will be shipped out on the next business day.  We use USPS Priority mail 1 to 3 busines days for shipping.

 This excludes customized orders. Customization orders will take an additional 2 days. 

 2. How do I place my custom order?

 We customize orders!! If you see something in our glam shop that you would like in a different color, please visit our Customized Order page and submit a form.

 We will send you different color schemes and size options. We will try our best to create the color schemes you desire. Please note, some colors are less common ,which

 may change the price of your customized order.  Customized orders require a 50% deposit fee, we will send you an invoice after confirming your order details.


 Your order will take 2 days to complete, during the creation process we will keep you updated via email with pictures and videos. Live viewing options are also available!!

 Once your order is complete and you are satisfied with your item, a final invoice with the remaining balance  will be emailed. Once your item is paid, it will ship out  the

 same day, if your order is placed before 2pm (Monday -Saturday). If placed after 2pm, it will be shipped out the next business day.  If you are in the Boynton Beach,  

 West Palm Beach, Riviera Beach, or Lake Worth area we provide delivery services free of charge for your purchase!! Please let us know if you need delivery service prior to paying your final balance. Packages CANNOT be delivered to your home address!!! We will deliver to your work location or a public meeting spot. 


 3. What forms of payments do you accept?


 We accept all major Credit Cards, Debit & PayPal payments.

4. How secure is my payment information?

 The security of our customers financial transactions are extremely important to us at WeSlayGlam and we are 100% committed to protecting you. We use Wix payments to   process our transactions. Wix Payments complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) & TLS (Transport Layer Security).

PCI Compliance

The PCI DSS is the highest information security standard for organizations or companies that accept credit card payments. This standard provides protection of the privacy and confidentiality of the card's data used to complete the online transaction. PCI Compliance helps to create a secure environment by improving the quality of the cardholder

data in order to reduce the rate of credit card fraud cases. In addition, it ensures that the data for each payment is stored securely in a tamper-proof manner.

TLS (Transport Layer Security) is the standard security technology for establishing an encrypted link between a web server and a browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the web servers and browsers remain private and secure. TLS is the industry standard and is used by millions of websites in the protection of their online transactions with their customers. 

Additionally, Wix payment gateway offers the highest level of security certification(PCI DSS Level 1)

 5. What Carriers do you ship with?

 We currently ship with the United States Parcel Service (USPS)

 *PLEASE NOTE* All packages will be shipped with signature confirmation to ensure delivery and to prevent lost or stolen packages. Please have a friend or family member   available to sign for your package. If you or no one will be available for signature confirmation, please contact USPS at 1-800- 275-8777 or to arrange a pick-up.

 6. Is there an option for me to cancel my online order?


 If you submitted an order in error please contact us by phone at 786-509-3560 or by email at for assistance. Live Chat options are also available 

 during normal  business hours.  If you need to make changes to your order; changes can be made within 4 hours after placing your order. We encourage customers to check   their order details before submitting.

 7. Can I order online & schedule a pickup?


 Yes, we currently provide delivery services within the Boynton Beach, West Palm Beach, Riviera Beach and Lake Worth Beach  Florida areas. (If outside the areas listed,

 delivery fees will be applied) When   checking out choose the local pick up option. We will contact you via email or by phone to schedule your pick-up or local delivery. All   orders must be paid in full before  delivery is scheduled. Items will not be delivered to your physical address. A public location close to your home will be arranged.  

 Orders can be delivered to your work location!!


 8. Do you ship to P.O Boxes?


 Due to the size of our items, we currently do not ship packages to P.O Boxes.


 9. What if my delivery is delayed?


 Your order will be delivered on time, under normal circumstances. While shipping delays may occur, due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays, we will notify you by   email for any shipment updates. Please keep in mind Sunday and holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times.


 10. If my problem cannot be resolved on this page, what can I do?
