*Domestic Shipping Policy & Shipment processing time:
Orders placed during business hours before 2pm, will ship the same day. Order placed after 2pm will be shipped out on the next business day.
This excludes customized orders. Customization will take an additional 2 days. If you require local pick up or delivery services, please choose the local address option using the drop down menu before submitting your payment. A representative will contact you to arrange pick up or drop off times. When free shipping is offered the lowest priced shipping carrier will be automatically chosen.

We currently offer shipping through USPS & UPS shipping carriers. Charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please choose which carrier you
prefer using the drop down menu before submitting your payment. ANY ORDERS OVER $50 WILL REQUIRE A DELIVERY CONFIRMATION SIGNATURE!! Please make sure someone over the age of 18 is home to sign for your delivery!

*Shipment confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive an Order Confirmation once your order is placed. A Shipment Confirmation email will be sent once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. ANY ORDERS OVER $50 WILL REQUIRE A DELIVERY CONFIRMATION SIGNATURE!! Please make sure someone over the age
